Long before doing anything public we contacted Ineos Support twice and eventually we received a call after the second attempt - but all that happened is nothing ...

Even Justin Hocevar (Ineos Australia Head of Sales and Marketing for Australia, New Zealand and APAC) was directly emailed several times - he did not respond

Prior to releasing the original video we sent a copy of it to the dealer and Ineos Australia (Justin again) and asked for them to respond

This time Justin called, but it was a pointless call

1. The Dealer was meant to deal with it was the excuse to the lack of contact
2. The Dealer was given parts for free and yet charged us - Justin confirmed this and didn't want to believe I had a invoice containing that and did not bother to follow up with the dealer about it either
3. Justin said their where issues with the video and didn't want it out there - was given until the deadline to put those issues in writing and did not (The video is just facts)
4. Lawyers were mentioned
5. Justin said that the place for this was the court - but since the Tribunal's issue with the 3,500kg thats not a option
